This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Youth Transitional Housing Feasibility Study, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of St. Albert is seeking qualified services of an experienced consultant to undertake a feasibility study for youth transitional housing that includes conducting a current state analysis of youth in the community, developing an operational model, costing estimates (capital and operating), building requirements, location options (site/facility considerations), plan development and implementing collaborative partnerships to support a youth transitional home in St. Albert.
