This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for FOUR (4) NEW VERTICAL TURBINE PUMPS , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”) and in 43 24 13.. The Owner requests Proposals for the supply, delivery, and related support services for, and related systems and services. Upon the completion of review of Proposals, it is the intent of the Owner to enter into a contract for the supply of the Goods as part of the Oakmont Reservoir & Pump Station Upgrades. The equipment will be installed by others in an existing facility. The equipment is to be fabricated, delivered and supplied such that it will fit in the space provided as shown on the drawings listed in Section 00 01 15 List of Drawings. The Proposals shall be for furnishing all labour, equipment, material, software, and on- site services, for the supply of power generating equipment, control and instrumentation devices, and other system appurtenances necessary for complete and functional operation. Services will include design, manufacturing, testing, supply, delivery, commissioning, and operating training. Installation of the equipment will be by others. |
