This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Annual Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling Program Consultant, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The consultant will be required to conduct annual groundwater monitoring activities, as outlined the corresponding Risk Management Plans and 2023 consultant recommendations (See Appendix B – RFP Particulars B. Material Disclosures) for four properties: 

• Jack Kraft - Public Works Facility
• Badger Lands – Former Snow Storage Facility
• Riel 7 - Former Public Works Yard
• Riel 17 - Satellite Public Works Yard
