This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City’s Information Technology (IT) unit is looking for a software solution that would allow us to streamline IT service management across teams by integrating the management of our ITSM processes within a single application.
