This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consultant to Develop a Business Continuity Plan for the City of St. Albert, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of St. Albert is seeking services of an experienced consultant to develop an effective business resiliency strategy by creating a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the City of St. Albert based on a Business Impact Analysis. 

A BCP will benefit City departments to ensure that the City’s critical departments and functions can become fully operational as quickly as possible when a disaster or interruption occurs.
