This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Construction of Element Park, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of St. Albert is an urban municipality of approximately 69,789 residents located immediately adjacent to the northwest border of the City of Edmonton. St. Albert is primarily a residential community with a mixture of both old and newer areas, as well as two light industrial parks, commercial areas and numerous recreational parks.

This project includes but is not limited to:

Creation of a recreational space within existing dedicated park space located at:

 39 Evermore Cres, St. Albert, AB T8N 4J6.

The project includes but is not limited to providing a parking lot, ice rink with support buildings, landscape improvements, naturalized playground, area and park amenities (including climbing/feature art wall).
