The City of St. Albert (the City) is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to provide engineering services for Project 1 - Millennium Park Design Services - Phase 1 & Phase 2 (Optional) & Project 2 - Lions Park Concept Design Services. 

The scope of the design services for Project 1 will include but may not be limited to: 

• Review & revision of concept plan including overall amenity and program confirmation, and including consideration of the following additional priorities:
  • Trails and flow improvements between Lions Park, St. Albert Place and Millennium Park. 
  • Improved viewscape(s) toward the river. 
  • Increasing open space and providing required servicing for event provision and spontaneous use.
• Site Servicing Design Services (Water, Sanitary, Storm, Third Party owned (Gas, Power))
• Landscape Design Services including trails and site amenities (rest nodes, waste receptacles, picnic tables, etc.)
• Coordination with the neighboring Lions Park  project '
• Tendering Support - Optional
• Construction Management Services - Optional.

The scope of the design services for Project 2 will include but may not be limited to: 

• concept design for a rehabilitation plan for Lions Park
• Public Engagement - Optional
