This Request for Applications (the “RFA”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective Artists to submit applications for the Red Willow Park West- Meadowview Interpretive Public Art Project, as further described in Section A of the RFA Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Artwork concepts (applications) are NOT required as a part of this Call for Artists and will not be reviewed. The successful Artist will develop the concept upon hire. 

One Artist or an Artist team will be chosen through a two-stage selection committee process. The Selection Committee will include visual arts professionals, local business owners and community members. All decisions of the Selection Committee are final.
