This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Flow Monitoring Program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking an experienced firm to supply, implement and manage a system that monitors flow and level of wastewater and stormwater and hydrogen sulfide within specified manholes throughout the city. The successful proponent will be responsible for providing all equipment, system installation, configuration and City access to a web-based data storage and program portal. Subject to any adjustments in schedule as provided for in the Contract Documents, the City’s desired completion dates are as follows:
