This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Curbside Waste Composition Study, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City of St. Albert is looking for a qualified hauling contractor (“Contractor”) to provide end-dump hauling services for compostable materials, including woodchips, grass, and leaves from the St. Albert Compost Depot located at Villeneuve Road (between Ray Gibbon Drive and Hogan Road), St Albert, AB, T8N 3X8 to the Roseridge Landfill/Composting facility, located at Range Rd 251, Morinville, AB, T8R 1P4, and, on an as-needed basis, may also haul compost from Roseridge to the City’s Recycle Yard. |
