This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Bulk Diesel Fuel, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City of St. Albert Transit Services operates a bus fleet that consists of 55 full size conventional diesel buses. In addition, Public Operations operates a fleet of heavy equipment (graders, loaders, plow trucks, etc.) and a large number diesel powered vehicles and equipment such as mowers, tandem trucks, and fire trucks, all requiring fuel 24 hours a day. |
