This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Corporate Procurement Card (CPC) Program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The City desires a complete CPC program. The CPC Program will be a critical component to the purchasing and payments process. It will help facilitate low value orders, automate the operational process and benefit the City from the reimbursement of costs
