This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for SWMF Condition Assessment and Bathymetric Survey, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to provide engineering services to conduct a Stormwater Management Facility Inventory Assessment, condition assessments and workshops.
