This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction - 2023 Lift Station Upgrades project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Work under this Contract comprises general construction of upgrades to sanitary and storm lift stations located in the City of St. Albert, Alberta. 

The Work will take place at the following facilities:

  1. Deer Ridge Sanitary Lift Station, located at 60 Hogan Road,
  2. Erin Ridge Sanitary Lift Station, located at 3 Erin Close
  3. Fire Hall #1 Sanitary Lift Station, located at 18 Sir Winston Churchill Avenue
  4. Riel Sanitary Lift Station, located at 17 Riel Drive
  5. Riel Sports Field Sanitary Lift Station, located at #10, 47 Riel Drive
  6. Glacier Place Storm Lift Station, located at 7 Glacier Place

Multidiscipline Work is required for the demolition of existing features and equipment and the supply and installation of new features and equipment at one or more of the facilities listed above Each location will require the removal and/or supply and installation of one or more components for Civil, Structural, Process Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
