This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Curbside Waste Composition Study, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City is looking to contract the automated collection of the curbside organics with a third-party service provider. The organic collection takes place weekly during a seven-month period (April through October) and biweekly during the other five months (November through March).
