This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Telus Wholesale Rebilling Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City of St. Albert is looking for a Telus Wholesale Partner to consolidated management and billings of all City Telus lines. |
