This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Investment Services  as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The purpose of this procurement is to engage a professional investment management services firm(s) who possess a proven track record of balancing investment portfolios, maximizing yield while maintaining capital preservation as the underlying priority of public funds and has had experience managing investment portfolios for municipal or government entities.
