This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit proposals for Construction - Oakmont Reservoir & Pump Station Upgrades project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Work under this Contract comprises general construction of upgrades to Oakmont Reservoir & Pump Station located at 35 Oak Vista Drive, St. Albert, Alberta, to be undertaken is generally described as all labour, equipment, material, software, and on-site services, for the installation of Vertical Turbine Pumps, Standby Power Generation, Equipment, Motor Control Centers, Major Electrical Wiring, Air Handling Equipment, Gas Fired Unit Heaters, control and instrumentation devices, Soil Retaining Walls, and other system appurtenances necessary for complete and functional operation. Services will include supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and operator training. Schedule of Pre-Ordered Products 1. Diesel Generators & Transfer Switch

Multidiscipline Work is required for the demolition of existing features and equipment and the supply and installation of new features and equipment. Including civil work outside the facility. The Work includes the removal and/or supply of one or more components for Civil, Architectural, Structural, Process Mechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation. See Section 01 11 00 - Summary of Work for a detailed summary of the Work specific to each facility. Subject to any adjustments in the schedule as provided for in the Contract Documents, the City's desired completion dates are as follows:
