The Work generally includes concrete, asphalt, utility and landscape upgrades to select arterial roadways in St Albert. The concrete upgrades generally include the removal and replacement of concrete assets including sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveway aprons and medians. The asphalt upgrades include the milling of roadways and paving with HT mix designs. The utility upgrades include removal and replacement of existing frame, covers and slab tops as well as adjustment of surface infrastructure. Landscaping requirements generally include removal and replacement of grassed areas as required.

Project management requirements generally include attending weekly meetings, providing updates on key performance indicators, communicating with impacted stakeholders throughout construction, obtaining required permits and supporting the execution of the project.
