This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Botanic Park Parking Lot & Red Willow
Park West Meadowview Parking Lot and Washroom Facility, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Work, to successfully provide detailed design engineering services for;

• Botanic Park Parking Lot – Design Services 
• Red Willow Park West Meadowview Parking Lot and Washroom Facility - Design Services
• Construction Administration Services for the Red Willow Park West Meadowview Parking Lot and Washroom Facility Only, As-Required.
