This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Flagstone Crescent Sanitary Sewer CIPP Rehabilitation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Work within the Schedules shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
All Work is to be completed in accordance with the November 2021 edition of the City of St. Albert Municipal Engineering Standards and Appendix D. |

Awarded Summary
That the contract for the provision of supply and installation of CIPP Liner in a sanitary line to be awarded to Insituform Technologies Ltd.(Insituform).
The Work within the Schedules shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
• Operate and Monitor Flow Bypass System (including mobilization and demobilization and isolation (and/or bypass) of local flows)
• Pre-Lining and Post-Lining CCTV
• General Site Cleanup/Restoration (assuming no open cut work)
• Tree Protection
• CIPP Rehabilitation (200mm) - Includes surface cleaning, spot repairs and preparation, minor to moderate root treatment/removal
• Reconnection of Lateral Connection at #1 Flagstone Crescent 20.5m from manhole 2416000
• Cleaning and surface preparation, including spot repair and infiltration control
