This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Outfall Structure Improvements – Outfalls 4B, 7A, 11A, 11B, 11C, and 15A, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The Work, to be undertaken in 2026 and 2027 and is generally described as, but not limited to, the following:

Schedule A (2026 Work):

• Outfall 4B improvements 
• Outfall 7A improvements
• Outfall 15A improvements
• Tree and vegetation removals as specified and approved by the City of St. Albert
• Restoration of all hardscapes and softscapes to pre-construction conditions or better as specified

Schedule B (2027 Work):

• Outfall 11A improvements
• Outfall 11B improvements
• Outfall 11C improvements
• Tree and vegetation removals as specified and approved by the City of St. Albert
• Restoration of all hardscapes and softscapes to pre-construction conditions or better as specified
