This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Temporary Traffic Control Management, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional contracting firms, with proven experienced in temporary traffic accommodation planning and road closure setup and management to provide full services related to temporary road closures, largely focused around support towards special events, but may be applied in instances of construction for a period of three years with the City’s option to renew for two additional one year terms.
