This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Willoughby Outdoor Rink Rehabilitation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Willoughby Outdoor Rink is located at 4 Willoughby Drive in St. Albert, AB. The rink will be rebuilt in the current location. With a preference the work start no earlier than June 27, 2026, and be completed by August 30, 2026. |
