This Request for Applications (the “RFA”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective Artists to submit applications for Element Park Mosaic Project, as further described in Section A of the RFA Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Artwork concepts (applications) are NOT required as a part of this Call for Artists and will not be reviewed. The successful artist will develop the concept upon hire. 

One artist or an artist collective will be chosen through a two-stage selection committee process. The Selection Committee will include visual arts professionals, local business owners and community members. All decisions of the Selection Committee are final.
