This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for  Supply and Service of Snack and Milk Vending Machines, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City requires a Contractor to supply snack and milk vending machine services to Municipal facilities along with the supply of Vending Machines. Contractor will purchase and sell on a commission basis, food products and Milk through contractor supplied vending machines through approximately twelve (12) vending machines (ten (10) snack vending machines and two (2) snack/milk combo) in up to four (4) locations across the City. The City is looking for menu options that facilitate 50%  of the menu from the ‘Choose Most Often’ menu category in the Alberta Healthy Eating in Recreation and Community Centres Guide.
