This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Financial Audit Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City is looking for a qualified and experienced financial audit firm to deliver comprehensive audit services, including interim and year‑end audits, management letters, and final audited financial statements in accordance with Canadian Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS). The selected firm will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a thorough understanding of municipal reporting requirements, and the capability to provide timely, accurate, and professional audit deliverables that support transparency, accountability, and effective financial governance.
