This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-2024-0107 Hemingway Centre Feasibility Study & Concept Plan, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms for the purpose of providing prime consulting services for the completion of a feasibility study and concept plan for the Hemingway Centre located in St. albert. |
