This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Fountain Park Recreation Centre Lifecycle Repairs , as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Construction Manager ("CM")  shall participate with the City  in the Pre-Construction Phase to assist in matters of budgeting, constructability, construction document review, proposed phasing of the Fountain Park Recreation Centre Lifecycle Repairs scope of work. Schedule to provide budget pricing with the assistance of all related major subtrades to a Class ‘B’ level estimate approaching pre-tender accuracy.  Upon agreed to scope included in the 2022 (phase one) scope of work, the CM will then be engaged to implement and fulfill the phase one construction of the work as Construction Manager/General Contractor.
