Description: 

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms for the purpose of providing prime consulting services to perform site investigations for the future Communities Amenities Site located at 500 Cherot Boulevard. This to provide additional information for the next design phases of the project and if there are any impacts to the concept plan as approved by Council in September 2023.
