This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Recreation and Parks Customer Communication Analysis, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B)(the "Deliverables") 

The City is seeking services of an experienced consultant to conduct a comprehensive Recreation and Parks customer communication analysis. This project will assess how effectively the City of St. Albert communicates with our recreation users by validating existing customer segments, identifying what types of information matter most to them, evaluating previously completed marketing and communication campaigns, and understanding preferred communication channels.
