This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Landrex Water Play Centre Changeroom Partition Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of St. Albert is inviting proposals from qualified contractors for the Landrex Water Play Centre Changeroom Partition Replacement project. This project aims to replace the existing change room partitions with high-quality, durable, and water-resistant materials that enhance privacy, safety, and aesthetics. The work is expected to be done during the 3-weeks shutdown in August 2025.

Landrex Water Play Centre Changeroom is located at Servus Credit Union Place 400 Campbell Rd, St. Albert, AB T8N 0R8
