This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Vibrant: A Plan for Parks & Open Spaces (2026-2028), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Consultant shall provide professional planning, graphic design, engagement, analysis, and advisory services to support the preparation of Vibrant: A Plan for Parks & Open Spaces (2026–2028). |
