This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a City-wide Marketing and Communications Plan as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City of St. Albert is seeking an external firm with expertise working with municipal governments to undertake development of a comprehensive, multifaceted, strategic City-wide Marketing and Communications Plan. The plan will be based on the findings of an independent Literature Review and Research Project, which took place in early 2023. The research identified best practices for municipal governments to reach residents and local businesses with information on programs, services, events, amenities, etc. |
