The Work to be undertaken is generally described as: Road Reconstruction – Mont Clare Place and Mount Royal Drive in the City of St. Albert and includes, but is not limited to:

• Removal of existing concrete and asphalt structure or millings as indicated on the Drawings;
• Removal and replacement of existing sanitary sewer, manholes, and services to property line as indicated on the Drawings;
• Supply and installation of storm sewer system, including sewer main, manholes, and catchbasins, on Mount Royal Drive;
• Preparation of subgrade in accordance with the Geotechnical Report and the City of St. Albert’s Municipal Engineering Standards;
• Supply and place all roadway materials, including but not limited to gravel, asphalt, and all necessary materials;
• Supply and placement of concrete for sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, and driveway aprons as indicated on the Drawings;
• Landscaping and tree protection to return the area to its original state.

• Schedule B – Mount Royal Drive
