This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for SCADA System Radio Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The Work, to successfully undertake the SCADA System Radio Upgrade throughout The City, to be undertaken is generally described as, but not limited to, the following:

• Supply & Install 24 Aprisa 4RF radios (400MHz). Site radios, repeater, and base unit at Jack Kraft.
• Bench test radio configuration before implementation (including site survey of existing radio network, benching test of new radios)
• Perform RSSI measurements to determine if Ethernet communications can be implemented.
• Master PLC programming communication via MB TCP to all Sites.

Subject to any adjustments in schedule as provided for in the Contract Documents, the City’s desired completion dates are as follows:
