This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Heritage Sites Environmental Site Assessment, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 


The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to provide environmental engineering services required for the completion of an updated Phase I ESA and Phase II ESA for a privately owned property adjacent to the Heritage Sites located in the City.
