This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Marketing and Communications Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, professional communications firms to develop communications and graphic design support to implement a series of initiatives associated with the federal government’s Housing Accelerator Fund.
