This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Development of Sewage Lift Station Emergency Pump Bypass Deployment Plans as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The successful firm will be responsible for provision of Sewage Lift Station Emergency Pump Bypass Deployment Plans for nine (9) lift station in the City of St. Albert.  The major deliverable for the project will be the development of Sanitary Lift Station Emergency bypass pumping guidelines.  The Work will consist of bypass pumping design of existing City sanitary lift stations that require emergent temporary diversion of flow to always provide adequate and reliable sewer services.
