This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Heritage Lakes Pedestrian Bridge Rehabilitation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Work shall include, but is not limited to, the following:

• All work associated with the rehabilitation of the existing timber Heritage Lakes Pedestrian Bridge;
• All work associated with rehabilitation to existing asphalt multi-use trail approaches (as necessary);
• Supply and placement of rip-rap around existing abutments;
• Rehabilitation of any areas impacted by the Work.
