This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Inclusive Playground Strategy, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City of St. Albert is an urban municipality of approximately 69,789 residents located immediately adjacent to the northwest border of the City of Edmonton. St. Albert is primarily a residential community with a mixture of both old and newer areas, as well as two light industrial parks, commercial areas and numerous recreational parks. The City is looking for Development of Accessible and Inclusive Playground Strategy to use in a new and replacement playgrounds for the City of St. Albert moving forward. |
