This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Servus Credit Union Place – South Fieldhouse Soccer Turf Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City requires a turf replacement at South Fieldhouse located at Servus Credit Union Place 400 Campbell Rd, St. Albert, AB T8N 0R8.

The City requires the removal and disposal of the existing turf in addition to the supply and installation of a new modular synthetic turf system in the South Fieldhouse at Servus Credit Union Place. The new turf system will be engineered for seasonal removal and storage while maintaining high performance and safety standards suitable for multi-sport indoor use. The surface area is approximately 14,400 square feet (180 ft x 80 ft). modular slit-film synthetic turf system with an integrated shockpad. 

The anticipated Turf Delivery and Storage on Site date is August 2026 completion to align with facility schedules in Q3 2026. The Removal of Existing Turf and Installation of New Modular Turf: is anticipated the first two weeks of September 2026.

Termination Notice 

The RFP-2025-0092 Servus Credit Union Place – South Fieldhouse Soccer Turf Replacement has been terminated due to error in mandatory technical specifications and will be reposted at a later date.
