The City is looking for qualified consultants, experienced with area structure plan development, public consultation and implementation, to lead and perform projects Services, the development of Area Structure Plan (ASP) for the western area of St. Albert (“St. Albert West Area Structure Plan”), create amendment to the existing North Ridge ASP, and develop Neighbourhood Plans for the City-owned lands in Lakeview Business District (“Lakeview Business District Neighbourhood Plan”) and the City-owned portion of Badger Lands (“Badger Lands Neighbourhood Plan”). |
