This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Demolition/Removal of House and Outbuildings with Rural Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Work shall include, but is not limited to, for the performance of the work of demolition and removal of the residential buildings (house), garage, storage sheds, septic system, potable water tank, inactive well, outhouses and debris. The work requires the site to be secured and all structures, services and debris removed and disposed as per environmental regulations. The overall project objective is to have the site ready for future development |
