This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Fire Hall #4 – Concept Plan, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City is looking for a concept plan for a parcel located in the northwest quadrant of the City.  The parcel has recently been included in the latest Area Structure Plan (ASP) amendment to the Jensen Lakes Development.  A copy of the ASP can be found on the City’s website. The City is looking to develop this land to include but not be limited to a fire hall, transit centre, residential buildings or other options as determined by the City.
